The Katy ISD Education Foundation will host its annual Fireflies and Foodtrucks event on Thursday, October 17th, 6:00 – 9:00 pm at No Label Brewery in Katy, TX.
“Fireflies & Food Trucks, our legendary end-of-summer bash, kicks off the school year with a unique fundraiser for the year’s Inspiring Imagination grants. Hosted at Katy’s own No Label Brewery, the event features live entertainment, a variety of Houston-area food trucks providing free eats, and an energetic evening of celebration for the entire community. In its first seven years, the Katy ISD Education Foundation has raised and distributed more than $1.6 million in grants to teachers all across the district. Tickets cost $50 each but all proceeds go toward teacher grants.
