Charcuterie BOARDing School
Lauren Sotomayor- better known these days as The Cheese Chica- has always had a “thing” for food. From a childhood choosing the Food Network over cartoons to creating her own cheese and charcuterie company, Lauren is happiest when making and enjoying the food she loves, and sharing it with others. The Cheese Chica provides cheese and charcuterie boards, grazing tables, private charcuterie and cocktail classes, as well as easy, delicious recipe videos and ideas on her Instagram page. Based in Katy, Lauren shares her cheese with her husband, young daughter, and 16 year old terrier mix, who prefers a nice aged gouda.

Save the date and make plans to attend the first-ever Fort Bend Home & Garden Show January 15-16, 2022. Located at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, 4310 TX-36 S, Rosenberg, TX 7747. Tickets are $7 for adults. Kids 12 and under are FREE.
