M/I Homes is constructing a residential development on a 175-acre plot in Fulshear, Texas. The development, called Summerview, will feature 414 homesites with a variety of floor plans ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms and will be available in one or two-story options.
In addition to the homes, the development will include walking trails and a playground. The land for Summerview was purchased in 2021, and presales for the homes are expected to begin in early 2023.
M/I Homes, a homebuilding company based in Ohio, has operations in nine states, including Texas. The development will be located within the rapidly growing Lamar CISD school district.
